finale by rock'n'dolless: this one is a suzalulu doujinshi i read a scanlation of on a sketchy site a while ago. there is actually no smut in it though.
the premise is something like suzaku magically hallucinating lelouch as he tries to cope with life after the end of the series. it's super angsty and good... it's hard to see
in this picture but lelouch is printed on a slip cover so when you take it off it's just suzaku by himself. isn't that awesome!!

hourglass by barbara mazzi: i read this via shortbox and bought it in person at sdcc a couple years ago. i LOVE the ending.
i think pacing is unexpectedly difficult to get right in short one-off stories and i'm still very impressed with this one.
impossible selves (ryomina riso zine): a splendid project with a lot of love for the source material. you can start reading from either side of the booklet
and the last pages are sewn together in the middle, forcing you to change it forever and accept the consequences of your actions if you choose to view the ending.
kagerou project fanbook: i bought this like probably more than a decade ago at kinokuniya in san francisco. technically not a doujinshi because it's officially backed, but i'm including it because it's still a fanbook. anyone in this thread smoke weed (kuroshin)
never quite free by 100bonesrust: my friend requested a copy for me and i'm thankful for her because it was lowkey a bloodbath. people kept coming up to 100bonesrust
asking if he had any extra copies and he kept having to tell them they weren't on the list

the seat of sacrifice: i did not actually look at the list of contributors when i ordered this and i was pleasantly surprised to find 2 fics by my favorite ff14 author.
it also arrived the same night i finally finished the pandaemonium raid questline, which i couldn't play for myself when it came out because my laptop was broken

xeno compendium: i missed preorders for this and was able to get a spare copy through a friend of a friend. the production value is a bit crazy.
